I think they are both great, as for me both have played in pretty good movies! Alex was good in ‘I’m Number Four’ (seems he has already trained some Jedi skills there 🙂 ) and Racher in Hideaways!

I’m a fan of both as well. They have an interesting look without being insanely famous. Like it.

    Can they act?

Never heard of them, but they are too pretty for a rough Star Wars movie.

What will be rough about it?

Yeah, you’re right. There are never any pretty people in wars. It’s too rough for them. I mean, they might even break a nail or something.

You wouldn’t consider Hayden Christiansen or Natalie Portman “too pretty?” Are you stupid in the head or something? The fact that they’re attractive people doesn’t make them unable to act well in a Star Wars film. Why don’t you actually look into their careers before coming to that conclusion? Talk about judging a book its’ cover…

^^^ Not saying Hayden did too good of a job, I’m just saying that fact does not cast them aside as possible inclusions in the new movie.

Alex is too handsome and there are far better picks than Rachel. So neither of them please.

The most interesting casting rumors where those of Daniel Day Lewis and Liam McIntyre. Consider those two for roles, they will elevate Star Wars to a greater movie! As for Alex Pettyfer, he would be ok!

Also Florence Welch was a really interesting choice…shame we don’t hear anything anymore…

She would make a good Jaina. Hope Jaina Solo is in the movie.

Alex Pettyfer not only can play an action hero role like John Smith in “I Am Number Four” or a egotistical villain like Fortis in “In Time”, but his role as the self absorbed, self-tormented “Beast” was very well played, even though the movie was less than desired.

He would make an interesting choice for a Jacen Solo-type character, if that is the direction that the writers are heading. I know that they won’t be using the EU, but maybe the ideas will carry over.

If it’s the same female role, I would prefere Saoirse Ronan…

I only want proven/star actors/actresses for EP7. No experiments, period.

For Jan/Leia – Luke’s childs I want: Joseph Gordon Hewitt and Jeniffer Lawrence.

Rachel– with her red hair and green eyes (as pictured)–would make the perfect Tenel Ka Djo (Jacen Solo’s love interest in the books and mother of his child). She’s also the queen of Hapes and a Jedi in Luke’s new order…..

im sorry but i hope they dont follow the books too much…. how many times were we told in the movies that Jedi dont get involved in relationships ?…. how many times did Obi-wan, qui-gon, Yoda, Mace windu , etc etc say Jedi dont have LOVE INTERESTS ?… and in the books Luke is married with kids ? no no…. im sorry but if that happens in part 7 its over with…. because if it is made like that, then wtf was the point in episodes 1 to 6 ?…… and Leia in the books wasnt even Lukes sister… Lucas changed that up in part 6…. so i say do some things from books but stick to the movie itself….. and why would anyone name their child Anakin after what he did ? thats like naming your kid Stallin or Hitler.. wtf please dont screw this one up….
