Force Friday: New The Force Awakens Character Revealed – Guavian Enforcer!
Remember the weird running humanoid creatures from the Behind the Scenes video, shown at SDCC? The Black Series toy for these characters has just hit the web, and the box revealed some cool details about them…
This character (there will be at least two of them) is called Guavian Enforcer and they are “The security soldiers of the Guavian Gang wear high impact armor that makes them stand out among other deadly criminals”.
You probably remember them from this brief shot from the BTS footage shown at SDCC:

Not a huge fan of his look. It reminds me of a character from the Hellboy comics.

Reading the character description is reminiscent of the Mandilorian Warrors, Army for hire, Mercenaries by contract, techno soliders.
Look at the rifle it is very Boba Fett and the belt pouches.
Strange. Why are the comments in the Boyega article closed? Never seen that happen before on this site.
Probably has something to do with the trend of racist trolls that appear in the comments section on this site far too often.

His face looks like a sphincter. Pretty weird design, but the Original Trilogy had it’s share of strange looking characters, so…

Glad to know this. I was kinda hoping they were new republic soldiers, or resistance troopers. I got smacked down again. But I hope we do get to see a better looking resistance trooper anyways. At the very least them wearing a little more armour around their body. There is an imbalance, because first order troopers wear lots of armour, but in the past rebel alliance just wear regular material no protection.

These look great but I’m hoping they roll out the 3 3/4 inch “Black Series” toys for The Force Awakens. I prefer that size/scale, but also the articulation that appears to be totally lacking in the main TFA figures coming out tomorrow.
